Spacious townhouse with two roof terraces overlooking
the old town of Oliva.
Sleeps 4/6. 2 bedrooms, upstairs wc, large lounge/dining
room with bed settee, modern kitchen, downstairs
bathroom with wc, utility area. Marble floors
throughout. Barbecue.
Quiet street with no through traffic. Some shops and a
nice restaurant/bar – La Pelut – are two to three
minutes walk away. Just ten minutes walk to the town
centre – or two minutes drive. Five minutes drive to the
beach. |

Large lounge/dining room. Table with seating for 6. Two
settees and a bed settee.
Marble floors and a large ceiling fan keep this room
cool. The wood burning stove heats the whole house in
the few weeks each year that it is needed.
Board games, radio/CD player and a TV (Spanish channels
only.)
Large serving hatch to the kitchen.
Door leads to corridor connecting to the kitchen,
bathroom, utility room and back door into enclosed area.

The cooker and hot water are powered by gas
cylinders, which are included in the price – as is
electricity. Bed linen provided. Please bring your own

Location
The house is on a quiet dead end which is too
narrow for parking – other than unloading. Plenty of
parking on nearby streets.
The walk into the town centre goes down a gentle hill
that may be a little too steep for elderly or infirm
people. |
